The Retail segment consists primarily of corporate stores (547), franchise-owned retail food (551), and associate-owned drug stores (1,346), totaling a total of 2,444 stores operated by the company in 2022. Loblaw has 14 distribution centers spread across Canada.

Loblaws offers a grocery pickup service called PC Express (customers can order groceries online and select a time slot to pick up their orders) and a rewards program PC Optimum which allows customers to accumulate points from purchases. Loblaws’ main store brands include “President Choice, PC Black Label, PC Black Organics, No Name, Blue Menu, Farmer’s Market, and Life Brand”.
