Product Specifications
Suppliers and candidate suppliers have to provide AMS with product specifications.

Certification
AMS has adopted the approved standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) as the technical audit standards for all its food and near-food products. The requirements of theses standards can be found at the GFSI website
 
All AMS suppliers must be certified according to the GFSI standards by an independent accredited auditing body. As proof of certification, all parts of the inspection report must be sent to AMS by e-mail on request.
For non-food products, suppliers must have a valid ISO 9000-2000 or industry standard certificate to show they have implemented their own quality system. A copy of the certificate must be sent by e-mail on request.

Statutory Regulations
Suppliers must be able to show to AMS that they are familiar with the European directives and the national regulations that apply in the various member states. All EURO SHOPPER™ products sourced by AMS must comply with the current food safety standards and regulations.

Complaints Processing
AMS uses a proactive Quality System to monitor suppliers. Any complaints or customer inquiry should be addressed directly to the local Euro Shopper distributor.
